The Azuei Getaway is an eco camp at Lake Azuei. It is a concept of sustainable tourism around Lake Azuei, the largest lake in Haiti and one of the few salt lakes in the Caribbean, located in the area of Fonds Parisien about 1 hour drive from Port-au- Prince.

The Azuei Getaway is a young and dynamic company founded in 2016 by Nick-Edward Woolley in partnership with Taino Aqua Ferme SA, the leader in aquaculture (fish farming) in Haiti and winner of the Digicel Entrepreneur of the Year 2017 in its category, and the Natural Park of Quisqueya of Fond Parisien, an ecological reserve set up with the support of the European Union.
At Azuei Getaway, our main goal is to make Eco Tourism the future of Haiti.

We offer day and overnight activities for locals and internationals, to create awareness of the Lake Azuei area and sustainable tourism in Haiti. We hope to inspire the youth on entrepreneurship, local consumption and protection of the region’s flora and fauna, and we also teach water sports lessons such as kitesurfing and kayaking.
